This February 17, in Budapest we had two reasons to celebrate, the 14th anniversary of Kosovo's declaration of independence and the handover of the diplomatic credentials of H.E. Mrs. Gjeneza Budima as the new Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Hungary. In a cordial meeting of the staff of the two embassies, Mr. Viliem Kurtulaj, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i., made his congratulations on the Independence Day to the Embassy of Kosovo, and also wished to Mrs. Budima successes and good luck in her new mission. The sacrifices for freedom and independence of our two countries remind us that cooperation and support for each other is not a choice but an obligation.
